Bernhard Burgener asked for the sale David Degen’s shares.

Another move is the owner dispute over FC Basel between Bernhard Burgener and David Degen. Burgener's plans are supported by the Board of Directors. But, there's no agreement.
The FC Basel Holding AG Board of Directors met Monday morning. Burgener, Degen, Karl Odermatt and Peter von Buren voted in favor of the plans of the previous owner. According to a report from the holding company, he demanded Degen whether he wanted to sell the stake to Basel Dream & Vision AG.
The shares of Burgener may be sold to shareholders of minor value by the Board of Directors under the conditions of a contractually defined law. This so-called drag-along option is considered to be superior to Degen's presale rights.
Burgener's team has made a move to resolve the ownership dispute.
