19 female presents to TAUC with sore throat with onset of 3 days. Patient reports having drainage, swollen tonsils, headache, fever and ear pressure. Patient states she does have a Hx of strep in the past. Patient denies having any SOB or Abdominal pain. Patient is taking ibuprofen and Sudafed to help with symptoms.

34 male presents to TAUC with sore throat with onset of 2 days. Patient reports having Fever, body aches, chills, mild sore throat, and hot flashes. Patient states his wife recently tested positive for strep 1 day ago but started feeling symptoms beforehand. Patient denies any chest pressure or SOB. Patient is not taking any medication for symptoms.

28 male presents to TAUC with LLQ and LRQ abdominal pain with onset of 2 months. Patient states he works as a laborer and noticed having a funny feeling after lifting. Patient states he has gone to PCP for abdominal pain 9 months ago and was told he had a small hernia. Patient states being more concerned lately due to having diarrhea more often.

17 male presents to TAUC with a cough for 3 days. Patients mother reports patient has had a productive cough, and congestion. Patient states he has had a Hx of Asthma but denies having any recent SOB or Wheezing. Patient is taking OTC cough medication to help with symptoms.
