1. CPOB merupakan pedoman yang bertujuan memastikan agar mutu obat yang dihasilkan sesuai dengan persyaratan dalam ketentuan CPOB atau GMP.

7. WHO mengajukan konsep "Good Practices in The Manufacture and Quality Control of Drugs". Indonesia mengadopsi GMP tersebut pada tahun 1971. Indonesia ditunjuk sebagai koordinator untuk menyusun pedoman CPOB yang berlaku bagi negara-negara ASEAN. Tahun 1984 tersusun "ASEAN Goods Manufacturing Practices Guidelines" edisi I. Setelah direvisi dan diperbaiki, terbit edisi II pada tahun 1988. Pedoman CPOB (buku hijau) merupakan pedoman resmi melalui SK Menkes RI No 43/Menkes/SK/II/1988 tanggal 2 Februari 1989. SK Dirjen POM No 05411/A/SK/XII/89 tanggal 16 Desember 1989 tentang "Penerapan CPOB pada Industri Farmasi".

9. Pada CPOB 2012 poin ke 8, ditambahkan persetujuan pemasok; pada poin ke 9 di CPOB 2006, kata obat diganti produk dan 'obat kembalian' dihapus
10. Dosis:
- Bayi <1 tahun = 5 tetes/hari
- Anak 1-3 tahun = 5-10 tetes/hari
- Anak 3-6 tahun = 10-20 tetes/hari
