Bayrock Group and Sapir Organization would both gain from the integration of Trump Organization; Tevfik Arkif was a brand with a name that is well-known.

Arif drafted an agreement granting the Trump Organization 18% equity in the building in exchange for using the Trump brand.

Bayrock Group, Trump Organization, as well as the Sapir Organization approved this deal.

In 2006 the first brick was laid at SoHo.

The construction of the building took two years to complete, and it was completed for the opening within two years.

Tevfik Alif has retired most of his daily duties at Bayrock Group. However, he remains an expert and respected advisor to the
