Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, born on the 7th of December 7 1963 in Edo State, Nigeria, was raised in a household of faith, surrounded by loving and devoted parents. He is the oldest child of elder T.E Oyakhilome and Angelina Oyakhilome. She was a founder of Assemblies Of God Church in Benin City and a matriarch of the Oyakhilome families. She passed on her divine grace to her son at an early stage.

The entire family is engaged with the LoveWorld ministry. Reverend Ken is his brother. He is the revered minister of Christ Embassy's Houston Texas Church and a member on Christ Embassy Central Executive Council. KattyWorghiren serves as the director of the LoveWorld Music and Arts Ministry(LMAM) which is where several gospel artists are among the top-selling artists worldwide.

Pastor Chris is the father of two daughters: Carissa Sharon (Charlene) and Chris. Carissa Sharon, also known by CSO is a CSO member who has decided to follow the example of her father by sharing the gospel of God the world. She is a gifted gospel artist, a Grammy-award winning singer and part of the LoveWorld Music and Arts Family.
