Admincraft: Minecraft Server Talk for Serious Developers and Administrators

Hello, I'm having an issue with hackers. I'm scared.

I was playing on a spigot server that I run with a group of friends, there were two players online and someone randomly logged in the server, I asked who it was and he immediately log out, after that you were logged out with an email that stated that I had logged into the server, but unsuccessful in my attempt to log in. I realized something was wrong and went to my puffer panel where I had located my server. I shut it down. I could see in the console that I was logged in once more and another user was also logged in and I offered him the op.

I'm still learning about server management because I only run survival servers with my friends so I really don't know what to do. What are some things I can do to prevent another episode similar to this? And what can I do? I have changed my password with Microsoft but I'm not sure whether it helped.

Now anyone who has an idea can share it. Create standout content quickly from thousands of stunning templates using the brand-new Adobe Express.

How to stay engaged and participate on the server if you're also accountable for administration?

The title says it all, but how do you stay motivated/interested in playing on servers you manage while also being responsible for maintaining, configuring fixing shit or resolving disputes. ?

Longer version:

My first server was set up for my community about 6 to 7 months ago. Since then, we've had three servers and, most recently, I switched from multiverse to a network set up in order to spread the load/make things run more efficiently. I've found myself playing in a world of hardcore which I created (still on the network so I can chat but not on our main survival server) more than I join the survival server.

One of my mods mentioned that servers cease to function when the owner is no actively involved. It's been giving me anxiety since she said it. I have observed that the more I play, I receive more feedback from other players and vice versa. This could be because I'm a streamer and people are part of the community for the stream/engaging me and my content, but I'm still struggling.

The only time I really play is when I make something new or add new things I'm currently developing an RPG/MMO-style server that includes custom mobs dungeons, quests n all that, but it feels like joining existing servers is a matter of asking solving problems and addressing questions for players, not having fun.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Home Minecraft modded server

Hi.

I'm planning on running an upgraded Minecraft server from my home. There's nothing public, just my girlfriend and a few friends. I have 6-7 computers total. The processor seems to be gone from my old computer. It's an old socket with 16 gb of ddr3 memory. I would buy the i5 4690 processor because it offers the most efficient performance for the money I get. It could run older version servers, like 1.16.5 Forge server with 50-120 mods maximum and vanilla's most recent version Server? Pyramids (not at the same time)

We appreciate your assistance.

Luckperms 1.16.5 forge

If not, is there a Luckperms Version available for 1.16.5 Forge?
