Limiting RF-EMF Exposure inside Children
If your kid is younger than 10 years old, you might be concerned about their exposure radiation. If this is the case, continue reading to find out about the risks and advantages of limiting your child's exposure RF radiation. It's essential to keep your child's health in mind. A couple of lifestyle changes can make a difference.

Children are exposed to RF radiation
The Dutch ABCD Study and the Spanish INMA Project comprised two children and their parents. The study populations collected information about the use of screen devices and determined the total exposure to RF-EMF. The exposure levels were determined using a combined exposure algorithm that considers all the factors that could influence the child's exposure. The participants also completed validated cognitive tests to measure the IQ of non-verbal and verbal, attention, working memory, task switching, and cold executive function visuomotor coordination and processing speed.

The study assessed the environmental EMF exposure of 529 children from five European countries. The exposure levels recorded in the children ranged from 87.5 MHz to six GHz. Children wore portable "experimenters" that monitored their exposures when playing outside and using handheld devices. They were also asked to fill out questionnaires as well as activity diaries to track how much time they spent with their mobile devices.

The overall exposure to RF-EMF was extremely low, ranging between 0.13 percent to 0.92 percent in the range of ICNIRP's reference level per second. Participants of the study were less likely to make use of cellphones than the average adult, the majority of them not using their phones for more than five minutes during the afternoon hours.

The FCC set limits on the RF radiation level that children should be exposed to in everyday environments. However, this limit was set twenty years ago, which means the FCC should take into consideration the latest research in science and revise its limits to ensure children's health. The limits for exposure to radiofrequency (RF) should be lower than the federal limit, which is 0.4 milliwatts per kilogram.

check it out to RFs is largely based on the abdominal and torso. The ICNIRP guidelines should specify the exposure limits for the different body parts of children. They should also provide a safety margin for each zone. These are not the only data to be considered in the study.
