Before we proceed, we'll check some physical connections first, then I'll walk you through the On-Screen Activation Process. Afterwards, we'll test the remote control and pair to the box if necessary.

I would like to ask for the last 4 digits of the serial number of your cable box. The serial number is on the sticker located on the back or bottom of your box, and it is labeled as SN or Serial Number.

I see, please connect the hdmi cord, the one with a flat tip... and connect the other end at the back of your tv at the hdmi port.

Locate one of the HDMI cable to your HDMI tv and the other end

make sure that you are not connected to other cable like the coax or component. so that the cable device will not confuse and that will the reason you don't see a picture in your screen
