Pastor of faith, faith healer TV host, author, Chris Oyakhilome, known by his followers as Pastor Chris is the founder and president of LoveWorld Incorporated, also known as Christ Embassy, based in Lagos, Nigeria. He has impressed millions across the globe with his unique interpretation of the Word of God.

Pastor Chris: The Man
Pastor Chris Oyakhilome is a Nigerian Christian who was born in December 63 in Edo State. He was raised by his parents, who are loving and caring. He is the oldest of three sons born to elder T.E Oyakhilome (one of the founders of the Assemblies of God Church in Benin City) and Angelina. Angelina was the matriarch and imprinted her divine grace on her son from an early age.

Additionally, he holds an honorary doctorate in divinity from Benson Idahosa University. Ambrose Ali University was his first university. He was called from God to be a minister and to serve the Lord.

The Man Of God was an undergraduate student at the time He founded the church that would eventually grow to become one of largest in the world. His small prayer group, 'Youth for Christ,' would soon become one of the campus' most well-known groups. These would go on to form LoveWorld Incorporated and Christ Embassy with millions of followers.

Under the guidance of Pastor Chris, under Pastor Chris's direction, the LoveWorld ministry was an innovator in satellite television and Christian programming and production. Chris Oyakhilome LoveWorldSAT was the first Christian television station to broadcast out of Africa to the rest of the world, 24/7, all the time on free-to-air channels. In the present, LoveWorld television stations are accessible on satellite and cable networks across the globe.

Christ Embassy has strong presences in Pastor Chris’s native Nigeria as well as South Africa, Canada, the United Kingdom and the United States. Two Healing Schools are situated in South Africa and Canada. In Canada Pastor Chris hosts special sessions throughout the year that allow miraculous healing to occur.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, who is a fervent philanthropist , founded the Chris Oyakhilome Foundation Inter (COFI) as an non-profit, non-governmental organisation that seeks to help communities that are most vulnerable and those living in the most deprived areas of the world.

In addition to preaching the Gospel, the Man of God has created NGOs with a a mission of delivering vital assistance and hope to vulnerable, needy and forgotten souls. Five partners make up COFI which works together to improve living standards in the poorest regions.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome COFI is responsible for the InnerCity Mission ICM for Children, the Volunteer Medical Corps VMC, Traumacare International Foundation TCIF, Future Africa Leaders Foundation (FALF) in addition to the Bible For All Mission. Each of these organisations strives to improve well-being, health and spirits of those most at risk.

The charity also offers assistance for children in need. Pastor Chris believes that solid communities are fostered by COFI and The InnerCity Mission.
