Astroneer, an exploration game in space, has gained a large following during its Early Access stage. The game finally has a release date after being teased at for some time. The game developed by System Era Softworks will be available for Xbox One and Windows 10 starting on February 6th in 2019. It will cost $29.99 at launch.
If you're not one of the two million players who try the early stages version of Astroneer, here's what to expect: The interplanetary survival sandbox game a sort of mix of Minecraft and the other space exploration game No Man's Sky. In Astroneer you play as an explorer from space who is trying to survive and thrive in the treacherous terrain. As you travel through the solar system's unexplored and unique planets, you'll find resources that can be used to build vehicles, build bases and conduct research. Astroneer will support crossplay between Xbox One and PC adventurers and will provide dedicated servers that allow players to build and explore at the same time.
MINECRAFT
Pre-release versions of the game are available through Steam Early Access and Xbox One Game preview for $19.99. That price will jump up to $29.99 on November 16th to prepare for the launch public. If you join before the deadline, you'll be rewarded with the "Retro" suit as a reward for being an early supporter.
