Microsoft isn't just launching Windows 10 tomorrow (our early reviews) However, it's working on a new version one of its most popular games.
Minecraft: Windows 10 Edition is real, and completely free if you already own the game on PC. You only need to follow a few steps.
Here's how:
Log in to your Mojang account. - You should see your Mincecraft purchase at the top of the page. If you scroll down, you'll find "Minecraft: Windows 10 Edition Beta." - After that you need to click "Claim your copy of the game for free." This will take you to the Microsoft page where you can redeem your code to play the game. It is possible that you require logging into your Microsoft account. The code field will automatically populate. Click "Redeem."
Once Windows 10 is installed, you can find the game in your apps.
