RDS Proxyを導入すると、DBへの接続はRDS Proxyがcluster単位でコントロール をするようになります。
→エンドポイント1つで、proxyがwriter/readerに振り分けてくれる、といったことは出来ない？
secretは必須？（無しには出来ない？）
