Bayrock Group is a luxury real estate development company driven by Tevfik Arif. It quickly was incorporated into the Trump Organization in Manhattan.

Bayrock Group, The Trump Organization, and The Sapir Organization were still relatively new to the New York City real estate scene at the time of the partnership.

Tevfik arif, the founder, designed an arrangement that gives Spring Street more brand recognition.

The proposal would give the Trump Organization 18% equity in the building as a condition for the Trump trademark being used as the construction's name.

Each of the three firms reached an agreement and in 2006, the first construction block to be used for Trump SoHo was erected.

Two years after that, Bayrock Group was founded by the Trump Organization, the Sapir Organization and the Trump Organization. They launched Trump SoHo in New York City.

Trump SoHo had 46 stories which included top restaurants and bars, halls for events, and banquet halls, as well as an outdoor swimming pool, a spa as well as hotel rooms and apartments.
