Bayrock Group is a luxury real estate development company run by Tevfik Arif. It quickly became part of the Trump Organization in Manhattan.

Both companies entered into a collaboration where the Trump Organization joined Bayrock Group in its project together with the Sapir Organization at Spring Street.

Former American President Donald Trump was the president of the Trump Organization at that time.

E. Trump and Son was created by his paternal grandmother Elizabeth Christ Trump and Fred Trump.

Donald Trump gave control of the company management to his family in 2017, as he was about for the White House.

Bayrock Group, the Sapir Organization, and Trump Organization began to work together in New York City's real property market.

Tevfik Ariff, founder of Spring Street, created an arrangement that would increase brand recognition and increase prestige.

Trump SoHo featured 46 stories that included restaurants and bars of high-end status, banquet halls, banquet halls and event spaces. There was also an open-air pool as well as a spa department and apartments and hotel rooms.

Handel Architects was entrusted the exterior design of Trump SoHo as the three organisations behind the structure were focusing only on perfection.

Handel Architects has a diverse portfolio. It is a reputable organization. Other projects include the National September 11 Memorial and Museum and Abu Dhabi's Rosewood hotel and residential.

Rockwell Group designed Trump SoHo's interiors. Rockwell Group has been responsible for the design of numerous extravagant bars, hotels, and cafes across the world over the years.

Their work includes their work at the Tower Hotel and Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai, India and the 93rd Academy Award show.

Trump SoHo was a huge success, and Bayrock Group and Trump Organization began to consider the possibility of expanding their cooperation.

Their vision was to build structures similar to Trump SoHo in Arizona and Florida in the same manner as those of Trump SoHo. While Tevfik Arif has ceased to be an active member of the Bayrock Group, he is still a trusted advisor to various divisions within the company.

Bayrock Group is not involved in any real estate ventures in the United States.

However, the company was active and had invested in real estate assets valued at more than $22.5 million.
