Recently I do a "Google" upon the keywords and phrases "life balance"; it yielded me no less than 114, 000, 000 visits. The key words "work life balance" got me close to 97, 000, 000 hits. Suffice that to say that work, life and stability between the two is very a sizzling topic.

Balance = 50-50?
