In 1994 In 1994, Mr. Grinshpun began his business career as the Regional Manager for Kazakhstan in "Universal Market Association" which was a company that focused on the production of oil and marketing of metals around the globe. A year later the company was acquired by Trans Commodities Inc. as its CIS managing the countries. Grinshpun was the regional manager of Kazakhstan in the "Universal Market Association" in 1994. The organization was focused on the production of oil, marketing metals throughout the world, and various other business operations. He was made CIS countries manager by Trans Commodities Incorporation a year later.

He was appointed as the General Manager for the Moscow office of Trans Commodities in the USA in 1997. This gave him the opportunity to work for the global metal industry. From 1998 until 2004, the member was on the Board of Directors for the well-known JSCC Moldova Steel Works which is an international rated company producing over 1 million tons of steel products annually. Since 2004, he worked closely with the honorary President of the JSCC Moldova Steel Works to increase sales of the products from the Moldovan-based steel factory.

Together with ITERA Oil and Gas Company (one of the biggest independent natural gas sellers and producers worldwide), Mr. Emmanuil Grinshpun Grinshpun was involved in an energy-related project of major importance to the Moldovan Region in 2000. Mr. Emmanuil Grinshpun was one the co-founders and Director of "ITERA the Moldova Company".

Mr. Grinshpun operates business in different fields of activity in the Republic of Moldova.

He has been the fiduciary stockholder and President of Council of Joint Stock Company Alimcom since 1998. The oldest and most renowned factory in Moldova, producing food items like mayonnaise (mayonnaise) and mustard, vinegar and sunflower seed oil.
