Getting rid of the grille surround item.



1. Get rid of the jack bar above the radiator

2. Remove the screws (They are plastic so I would make use of a hand screwdriver as well as not power) from the plastic radiator cover



A few of my screws would not loosen, so I applied higher pressure with a flathead screwdriver as well as it worked on a lot of them. I damaged one off even if I could not get it out. When I placed the screws back in, I simply used hand pressure and I really did not have to use a screwdriver. I could need to replace these with metal screws!

3. Get rid of the corner car park lights. They are held on by one celebrity screw from inside the hood. A small flat head could be made use of if you do not have the right devices.

1. I first included some lube to the plastic clips that hold the grille on. I after that used a flat head screwdriver to pry the clips open. Take care since the clips can damage if you pry as well hard

3. I then added more lube to the brand-new grille item so it's very easy to install back on the grille border.

Put back all components in reverse order.



This was a bit a lot more involved than I believed it would certainly be, however the results deserve it. I'm not looking foward to doing it once more when I mount my fog lights behind that grille!
