Jasminer x4 ASIC model of the Jasminer mining Ethash & Etchash algorithm with a hash rate of 2500 Mh/s for a power consumption of 240 W. JASMINER X4 adopts the core technology of "computing and storage integration" and incorporates two innovative advantages of "high performance and low power consumption". DEVELOPMENT FROM THE CORE

The chip adopts 3DIC technology by integrating the data storage unit and computing unit on the same chip, greatly improving the parallelism and power efficiency of the computer. Die area is 678mm² super large size, 45mm × 45mm package size, 1TByte/s memory access bandwidth, 5GByte/s storage capacity, a processing capacity of up to 65 MH/s and a power consumption of only 1200 W.
