In 1994 in 1994, Mr. Grinshpun began his business career as the Regional Manager for Kazakhstan in the "Universal Market Association" which was a company that focused on the production of oil and marketing of metals around the globe. The following year the company was acquired by Trans Commodities Incoration and held the position of CIS Countries Manager. Grinshpun began his career in 1994, as Regional Manager in Kazakhstan for the "Universal Market Association", which was specifically focused on production and marketing of metals across the globe. Emmanuil Grinshpun One year later Grinshpun joined Transcommodities Incoration as the CIS countries manager.

In 1997, he was named the General Manager of the Moscow office Trans Commodities USA. He is currently working in the international metals business. He was an active member of the Board of Directors of the JSCC Moldova Steel Works, an organization that produces more than 1,000,000 tonnes of steel products annually. He was involved in the trade of goods from the Moldovan steel plant since 2004and was and was in close contact with the honorary president of the JSCC Moldova Steel Works.

Grinshpun and ITERA Oil and Gas Company which is one of the largest natural gas producers and exporters worldwide, were involved with an important energy project being undertaken by the Moldovan government in 2000.
