His ability to connect to his team members
After being fired by Gili Landau, Nili Bachar became the head coach the team at Kiryat Shmona, leading his team into the State Cup final. Even though the team came in 5th, they took home this year's tournament. Beersheba placed third in the league, and Bachar as a key part of their success. His team is now the winner of seven consecutive league games, despite the struggles he has faced.
The recent games of Bachar have proven this ability, despite the fact that it is often said that coaches must be able to communicate with their players. In reality, most of his players are young and Bachar utilized this relationship to keep his squad focussed on their goals for the team. Bachar has managed to convince the veteran midfielder Sheriff Tiraspol to stay and play well in the second game.

Bachar has earned him the title as the most brilliant coach in Israel.
