Last time I visit my optician, they said I have tired eyes but thankfully nothing else too serious that is not irreversible with proper rest. I have mostly stopped gaming and am trying to cut down hours spent on a screen:
-#1 Main reason is due to eye strain, my eyes as is already gets a bit painful and watery if I'm not taking sufficient break times in between work which is around 9 hours a day on a screen lol.
-Got a new hobby: food prepping and working out (average 5 days/week) to stay strong, fit and healthy which also helps reduce my chance of diabetes.
Playing video games for about 20 years has been heck of fun, I'm thankful & grateful for all the amazing memories that I will never forget. Excited for my new chapter of hobbies moving forward and I look forward to our next friend meet ups for BBQ, board games, and the occasional Pizza! Maybe weekend of August 20 we can see each other! :D
