Few FMV with the same Tier, Country, Specialty should exist in the system.
Both these FMS should have non-standard currency and different Activity Type e.g.:
1st FMV - Tier One, Bhutan, Dentist: General, KPW (currency), Face to Face Meeting
2nd FMV - Tier One, Bhutan, Dentist: General, IMP (currency), Teleconference
Steps to Reproduce
1. Create new Needs Assessment
2. Click Add Fee For Service Activity Need button
3. Select corresponding values in Tier, Country, Specialty
4. Move Switcher to Activity Rate position
5. Select some value in "Activity" drop-down (e.g. Face to Face Meeting)
6. Select value in "FMV Currency" field (KPW in this case)
7. Select another value in "Activity" drop-down (e.g. Teleconference)
8. Select another value in "FMV Currency" field (IMP in this case)
9. Select first value in "Activity" drop-down (e.g. Face to Face Meeting)
10. Check value in "FMV Currency" field (IMP value still present in drop-down)
11. Move switcher to Standard Rate position and check that "FMW Currency" field disappears
Actual Result
Values in "FMV Currency" drop-down do not update according to selected Activity.
"FMV Currency" field still present on the pop-up when switcher in Standard Rate position.
