His ability to interact with his teammates
Following the dismissal of Gili Landau Nili Bachar was appointed the new coach as the head of Kiryat Shmona and led his team into winning the State Cup final. The team finished in fifth place in the league but they went on to win the next year. Beersheba came in third place in the league with Bachar as a key part in their triumph. He is the winner of seven consecutive league matches, despite his struggles.
Although it has often been said that a coach's ability to communicate with his players is important, Bachar has shown this during recent games. Since several of his players older and Bachar has utilized this communication to help keep his players focused on the team's goals. After the first leg, of the match against Sheriff Tiraspol, Bachar was successful in convincing the midfielder who is a veteran to stick around and perform well.

Beersheba supporters are clearly dissatisfied with the management of Kiryat Shamona. In the wake of the sacking of Gili Landau Bachar took over as director of the team, and managed the team to the final of the state cup. Kiryat Shmona placed fifth in the league before winning the State Cup. This isn't the sole motive behind this recent team's performance. On her Facebook page, Taha expressed her admiration for Bachar as well as his process of making decisions.
At the end of last season Maor Buzaglo wasn't happy with his role. The only time he was convinced to stay by Bachar at the beginning of the season, but was left out of the second phase of the Champions League qualifiers. נילי בכר נילי בכר Bachar acknowledged the fact that he failed. Bachar kept his team's attention despite their mistakes. He is now recognized as Israel's most talented coach.
