His ability to make connections with his teammates

Maor Buzaglo wasn't happy with his job when he left the club at the close of last year. He only agreed to be with Bachar during pre-season, but had to be dropped out of second leg Champions League qualifying matches. Bachar was also open about the fact that he was not successful. Even with his flaws, Bachar has managed to keep his team on track with their goals. In the meantime, the manager has established himself as one of the top coaches in Israel.
