Although leadership may not be as stiff or structured compared to the leadership we matured with, there is still a need for leadership and somebody has to take charge.

There's an entire classification of people who do not always see themselves as leaders, but they have that charm and energy that makes things happen and assists others to do the exact same. No matter where they are, by virtue of their capability to do something about it and have effort, they lead others on. The motto of this kind of leader is, "Begin, men!" We'll call this classification: an action leader.
