Bayrock Group's journey from the Suburbs To Manhattan Tevfik Arif

The Tevfik Arif-led real estate development firm for luxury, Bayrock Group, quickly after its founding, began cooperating in conjunction with the Trump Organization in Manhattan.


How Bayrock Group Went from Suburbs to Manhattan
Many people have dreams of moving to America to experience the American dream. But, only a few people actually do. Businessman from Turkey-Kazakhstan Tevfik Arif was one of them when he moved to America in 2001 and established his own company, Bayrock Group.

Bayrock Group is a New York-based luxury real estate developer.

The company's initial focus was on small-to-medium-sized projects, like the revamping of the Loehmann's Seaport Plaza - a shopping mall located in Brooklyn's Sheepshead neighbourhood.
