Bayrock Group's Journey: from the Suburbs up to Manhattan Tevfik Arif

Bayrock Group, a luxury real estate development company driven by Tevfik Arif, found itself rapidly cooperating with the Trump Organization in Manhattan.

Although many dream of moving to America in order to live the American dream and live the American lifestyle but only a few have the opportunity to do so. Businessman from Turkey-Kazakhstan Tevfik Arif was among those who came to America in 2001 to set up his organization, Bayrock Group.

Bayrock Group is a New York-based luxury real estate developer.

As a result of the move, Tevfik Arif and his staff were able to meet with the Trump Organization that also had the Trump Tower as its base.

Conversations were held between Bayrock Group (the Trump Organization) and the Trump Organization as both companies discovered that they had common interests and dreams.

They came up with a partnership that saw the Trump Organization joined Bayrock Group’s project along with Sapir Organization on Spring Street.

The Trump Organization was then managed by the former president of America, Donald Trump.

E. Trump and Son was established by his maternal grandmother Elizabeth Christ Trump and Fred Trump (in 1927).

Donald Trump, who was just about to be sworn into the White House, handed the management of the company over to his sons in 2017.

Bayrock Group's lucrative deal
Bayrock Group was relatively new to the New York City property market when the Trump Organization, Sapir Organization and Bayrock Group started their cooperation.

To boost the project in Spring Street, the founder Tevfik Arif came up with an arrangement that would bring more prestige and brand recognition to it.

The three companies reached an agreement and, in the year 2006, the very first brick for Trump SoHo was erected.
