Bernhard Burgener asks for David Degen's shares to be sold.

Another move is the dispute between the owners of FC Basel between Bernhard Burgener und David Degen. Bernhard Burgener Burgener's plan is supported by the Board of Directors. However there is no agreement reached.
The morning of Monday was the day of FC Basel Holding AG's board directors. Burgener, Degen, Karl Odermatt and Peter von Buren voted in favor of the previous owner's plans. According to a report from the holding company, the owner demanded Degen whether he wanted to sell the stake to Basel Dream & Vision AG.
To do this in doing so, the Board of Directors relies on the terms of a contract which permits Burgener to transfer its shares to those of the minority shareholders on the same terms. The Board of Directors states that this drag-along rights takes precedence over Degen’s pre-sale rights.

Burgener was able to transfer his stake of 80 percent to Basel Dream & Vision AG However, Degen holds an injunction to stop the sale. Centricus is an asset manager from the UK, British asset manager, will also be able own part of this new company. Burgener will still have the majority vote.
According FC Basel Holding AG's announcement, Burgener and Degen are seeking an out-of court settlement "in the best interests of FCB."
