Bernhard Burgener is requesting the sale of David Degen shares.

The dispute between the owners of FC Basel between Bernhard Burgener and David Degen is one more move. Burgener has the support of the Board of Directors. However, there is still no agreement.
Monday morning saw the meeting of FC Basel Holding AG's Board of Directors. Burgener is allowed to sell shares of its to shareholders who are minor according to a legally enforceable law. The Board of Directors states that this drag-along rights takes precedence over Degen’s pre-sale rights.
Burgener and his team, have made moves in this dispute over owners. Degen would like to use his right to first refusal for 16.4 million Francs. Burgener's 80 percent stake in Basel Dream & Vision AG has been stopped by a super-provisional restraining order.
