Servings- 12 or 13 French Toasts
Ingredients:
•Bread
• Reg. Milk or Substitute with 1/2 Can 50% Less Sugar Condensed Milk or Reg. Milk
• 3 Eggs
• Vanilla Extract- Optional
•Cinnamon- Optional
• Water
• Butter
1. Whisk eggs and condensed milk or milk adding water to prevent the mix from thickening to much.
2. Put wide pan on medium high or medium and using a stick of butter or cooking spray
3. Dunk a slice of bread into prepared mix, turn upside down, once soaked- turn bread onto its side shaking access mix off the bread. Lay the bread on the pan.
Remember to spread all the bread out evenly. Do the same until all of the batter is used.
4. Cook French toast for about 5 min on each side with the temp on medium (If milk was substituted) or for 3 min on each side with the temp on medium high (if the milk wasn't substituted).
