Establishing A Presence Around The Poker Table
The dealer places a final, face-up card on the table following the third betting round. It is known as the "river card". There is a final round of betting, which is the exact same as the third round.

Texas Hold'em allows each player to be dealt two hole or pockets cards. Five community cards (three on the flip, one on each turn and one at the river) are flipped on Texas Hold'em. To form the best five card poker hand, players use their pocket cards and five community cards. There are three rounds of betting: one before the flop; one after the turn card; and one last round after the river. The goal of the game is either to have the best hand or to force other players to fold.
