Demands the sale of David Degen's shares: Bernhard Burgener.

One more move is the dispute between the owners of FC Basel between Bernhard Burgener and David Degen. Burgener’s plans are supported and are backed by the Board of Directors. But, it's not possible to come to an agreement.
The Monday morning session was of FC Basel Holding AG's Board of Directors. Burgener and Degen were joined by Karl Odermatt (and Peter von Buren) on the four-member committee which approved the plans of the former owner. Burgener, along with his group, have reacted in the dispute between owners. Degen insists on having his right to first refusal. He is seeking to use it for 16.4 millions of francs. Bernhard Burgener Burgener was able sell his 80-percent stake to Basel Dream & Vision AG however, Degen is able to obtain a superprovisional halt injunction. Centricus, the British asset manger, would also be able to purchase an interest. Burgener would still hold the majority of the votes.
According to FC Basel Holding AG's announcement, Burgener and Degen are seeking an out of court settlement "in the best interest of FCB."
