Demands the sale of shares of David Degen Bernhard Burgener.

The owner dispute over FC Basel between Bernhard Burgener and David Degen is one more move. Burgener's plans are backed by the Board of Directors. But there hasn't been any agreement reached.
The FC Basel Holding AG Board of Directors met Monday morning. Burgener, Degen, Karl Odermatt, and Peter von Buren all approved the previous owner's plans. According to a statement issued by the holding company Degen asked Degen to sell his stake in Basel Dream & Vision AG.
The Board of Directors relies upon an agreement between the parties to permit Burgener to sell its shares to minority shareholders on the same time and in the same manner. The Board of Directors states that the drag-along rights are superior over Degen's pre-sale right.
Burgener and his team, have made moves in this dispute over owners.
