When I want to extend AAA22-004 for one month for the period (03.02.2022 TO 02.03.2022), it is not getting extending it is showing a pop-up message stating: Rent contract AAA22-061 with contract start date 21.03.2022 contract end date 20.04.2022 overlap with this contract property ‘Oceanview-P001’.
NOTE: New contract (AAA22-061) is starting from 21.03.2022
Same is happening for the contract AAA22-009.
(End Contract Date should be updated - if contract ends prematurely)

7. For the contract#AAA21-176 Apartment Next 2 Apt 4, contract end date is mentioned as 31.08.2022 and tenant has vacated before contract end date on 31.05.2022 and we made already vacating notice and house inspection in the system and new tenant has check-in that apartment from 01.07.2022 new contract is not creating. New Contract number (AAA22-099) & Old contract number#AAA21-176 for the apartment Next 2 Apt 4.
