Everyday sleep at 22-23 maximum so you wake up at 6 and read, learn till 7:30, then breakfast till 8:00 and you will have to go swimming 8:01 till 8:30 and go to work at 9 and reach work at 9:30. Have awesome working day till 6:30 and get back and have a great supper. After digestion have a great walk/swim in the pool or work out the project/or chat with family for 30 mins/do read/watch important movies/go to gym/cook for lunch and supper for tomorrow and pack in containers/ work for insurance sales/need to teach Ielts for a month have a nice evening till 22-23max and sleep.
