Default having been made in the payment of the debts and obligations secured to be paid in a certain Deed of Trust, executed the 27th day of January, 2003, by Glen Bascom and Claudia Bascom, to John S. Bomar, as Trustee as the same appears of record in the Office of the Register of Shelby County, Tennessee, at Instrument No. 03022896. Mitch Higdon was thereafter appointed Substitute Trustee by Appointment of Substitute Trustee dated June 24, 2015, being of record at Instrument No. 15062155 in said Register''s Office.
Whereas, FIRST CITIZENS NATIONAL BANK the owners of the debt secured by said Deed of Trust, having requested the undersigned to advertise and sell the property described in and conveyed by said Deed of Trust, all of said indebtedness having matured by a default in the payment of the debt and obligations secured, at the option of the Owner, after being authorized to proceed with a sale under the aforesaid Deed of Trust in the event of a default there under, this is to give notice that the undersigned will on FRIDAY, JULY 24TH, 2015, commencing at 10:30 a.m., at the southwest corner of the Adams Avenue entrance of the Shelby County Courthouse in Memphis, Shelby County, Tennessee, proceed to sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Shelby County, Tennessee, to wit:

Said Right of Ways and Easements being more particularly described as Exhibits B, C, D, E, and F, in Quitclaim Deed of record at Instrument No. KK 3047 in the Register''s Office of Shelby County, Tennessee.
There is INCLUDED but hereby EXCLUDED from this conveyance property previously conveyed as more particularly described in Deeds of record at Instrument No. 02088082, 03224372, 07169750 and 09137439 in the Register''s Office of Shelby County, Tennessee, to which reference is hereby made for a more particular description of said excluded property.
This being the same property out of what has been designated in the Shelby County Tax Assessor''s Office as Parcel No. B01-058-00681.
This being the same property conveyed to PropVest, LLC, by Warranty Deed dated November 10, 1998, from the Estate of Eddie Davis, Jr., of record at Instrument No. HX 7100 in the Register''s Office of Shelby County, Tennessee. PropVest, LLC, thereafter conveyed their interest in the subject property to Glen E. Bascom, Sr., by Quitclaim Deed dated July 26, 2000, being of record at Instrument No. KK 3047 in said Register''s Office.
