In 1994, Mr. Grinshpun began his business career as the Regional Manager for Kazakhstan within the "Universal Market Association" which was a company that focused on the production of oil and marketing of metals all over the world. A year later, he joined Trans Commodities Incorporation as the CIS countries Manager.Mr. Grinshpun started out in business activities in 1994 as a Regional Manager for Kazakhstan at "Universal Market Association" which was specifically focused on the production of oil and the marketing of metals across the world. He joined Trans Commodities Incorporation a year later, where he held the position of CIS Countries Manager.

In 1997, he was named as the General Manager for the Moscow office Trans Commodities USA. Emmanuil Grinshpun He is currently working in the international metals business.
