2 adet yumurta 1,5 çay bardağı toz şeker derin bir kaba döküp mikser veya çırpıcıyla köpürene kadar karıştırıyoruz. Karıştırdığımız karışımının üstüne 1 çay bardağı süt, yarım çay bardağı sıvı yağ, bir su bardağı +2 yemek kaşığı un, 1 paket kabartma tozu, 1 paket vanilya, 2 yemek kaşığı kakao ekleyip mikserle karıştırıyoruz.
Pişirmek için;
Yapışmaz tavayı margarin veya tereyağ ile iyice sıyırıp üstüne un serpiyoruz. Karışımı tavanın üstüne döküyoruz. Tavanın kapağını iyice kapatıp pişme süresince asla açmıyoruz. 30 dakika boyunca kısık ateşte pişiriyoruz.
Piştikten sonra;
Keki yavaşça ortasından kesiyoruz ve içini hazır pudingle dolduruyoruz. İçine istediğimiz fındık, fıstık veya meyvelerden ekliyoruz. Keki kapatıp üstünü istediğimiz gibi süslüyoruz. (Pudra şekeri vs.)
Buzdolabına koyup soğuduktan sonra servis ediyoruz.
