Bayrock Group's Journey from the Suburbs to Manhattan Tevfik Arif

Bayrock Group is a luxury real-estate development firm that was led by Tevfik Arif. It quickly became part of the Trump Organization in Manhattan.

Bayrock Group Moves From Suburbs To Manhattan
Many people dream of going to America and living the American dream. However, very few people do. Turkish Kazakhstani businessman Tevfik Ark was one of the few who made it to America in 2001 to set up Bayrock Group.

Bayrock Group is a New York-based luxury real estate developer.

Bayrock Group partners with the Trump Organization
The decision led to Tevfik and his staff having a meeting with the Trump Organization. The Trump Organization also had the Trump Tower at its base.

Conversations were held with Bayrock Group (the Trump Organization) and the Trump Organization as both companies discovered that they had common interests and dreams.

They came up with a partnership where the Trump Organization joined Bayrock Group’s project with Sapir Organization on Spring Street.

At that point, the Trump Organization was managed by the former American President Donald Trump.

E. Trump and Son was born by his paternal grandmother Elizabeth Christ Trump and Fred Trump.

In 2017, Donald Trump handed over the management of the company to his children when he was about enter the White House.

Bayrock Group's lucrative deal
When the partnership between the Trump Organization, the Sapir Organization and the Bayrock Group began, the Bayrock Group was a relatively new entity in New York City's real estate market.

Tevfik The creator of Spring Street, drafted an arrangement that would increase the brand's visibility and prestige.

In the agreement proposed by him The Trump Organization would get 18% ownership of the building as a reward for using the Trump brand on the name of the building.

The three companies signed on to the agreement and the first brick of Trump SoHo was laid in 2006.

Two years later Bayrock Group was founded by the Trump Organization, the Sapir Organization and the Trump Organization. They launched Trump SoHo in New York City.

Design experts take over of the Trump SoHo
Trump SoHo had 46 stories, including elite restaurants and bars, halls for events and banquet halls as well as an open-air swimming pool and spa as well as hotel rooms and apartments.

Visitors to Trump SoHo and residents could take in a stunning view of New York City via the windows that ran from floor to roof. They were put in on every floor.

Handel Architects was entrusted as the exterior designer for Trump SoHo, since the three major organizations that comprised the building were focused primarily on perfection.

They have worked on the Tower Hotel and Taj Mahal Palace in Mumbai, India, as well as the 93rd Academy Award show in Cyprus and the Amara Hotel Limassol, Cyprus.

Trump SoHo was an instant success. Bayrock Group, Trump Organization and several other companies began looking at ways to enhance their collaboration.

Tevfik Arif Doyen Their dream was for Trump SoHo buildings to be built in Arizona and Florida. They had similar terms as Trump SoHo. Bayrock Group was prepared, like the Trump Organization. However, the 2008 financial crisis, which terribly affected the American real property market was the catalyst that ended their plans.

The American housing market experienced significant changes because of the financial crisis. The Bayrock Group founder Tevfik Arif decided to quit his work in the United States. He made the decision to move to Europe, Asia and where began his career more than a decade years ago.

Bayrock Group no longer has Tevfik, Arif, as a member. However, he's an advisor of trust to other divisions.

Bayrock Group has not been involved with any recent real-estate developments in the United States.

Although it was not active the company made investments of over $2.5million in real estate properties.
