Bayrock Group's journey from the Suburbs To Manhattan Tevfik Arif

Bayrock Group, a Tevfik Arif-led luxury real estate development company, found itself working swiftly in conjunction with the Trump Organization in Manhattan shortly after its founding.

Handel Architects was entrusted as the designer of the exterior design of Trump SoHo, since the three main companies behind the building were focused primarily on perfectionism.

Handel Architects is a respected company that has a wide portfolio. Other projects include the National September 11 Memorial and Museum, New York City, and the Rosewood residential hotel in Abu Dhabi.

Rockwell Group designed Trump SoHo’s interiors. Rockwell Group has been responsible for designing many extravagant hotels, cafes and bars across the world over the years.

Their projects include their work at the Taj Mahal Palace and Tower Hotel in Mumbai, India, the 93rd Academy Award show and the Amara Hotel in Limassol, Cyprus.

Bayrock Group expands collaboration
Trump SoHo was a success right away after which Bayrock Group & the Trump Organization decided to expand their collaboration.

Bayrock Group's Tevfik arif has retired from active participation, but he continues to be an advisor of trust to different divisions.

Bayrock Group has not been involved in recent real estate projects within the United States.

It was active and invested in real estate assets of more than $2.5 million.
