Bayrock Group was founded by Tevfik Arif and quickly found itself working in Manhattan along with the Trump Organization.

Many people dream of coming to the United States to live the American dream, but only a few people succeed. Turkish-Kazakhstani businessman Tevfik Arik was one among those who came to America in 2001 to establish his company, Bayrock Group.

The Bayrock Group is an exclusive real estate development firm that works in New York City.

Tevfik Arif Bayrock The initial projects were small to medium-sized. It included the redesign and the construction of Loehmann's Seaport Plaza in Brooklyn, New York.

Bayrock Group was able to get traction in the American market for housing. It began to seek large-scale developments.

The business, which is owned by Arif, began working with Sapir Organization on a major construction project on Spring Street, New York City.

Bayrock Group decided to move its headquarters to Midtown Manhattan due to its expansion.

Donald Trump transferred the management to his children in 2017 when he was preparing to take over the White House.

The partnership between the Trump Organization and the Sapir Organization was a relatively recent part of New York City's real estate scene.

Tevfik Arif Doyen To help promote the development on Spring Street, the founder Tevfik Arif devised an arrangement that would add more brand recognition and prestige to the.

According to him, Trump Organization would obtain 18% equity for the building , in exchange for using the Trump logo on the building's title.

Three companies agreed to the arrangement and the first block of Trump SoHo was laid in the year 2006.

Design professionals are in charge of Trump SoHo
Trump SoHo had 46 stories which included top restaurants and bars, halls for events and banquet halls as well as an open-air pool and spa as well as hotel rooms and apartments.

Trump SoHo was an immediate successand it has was the catalyst for Bayrock Group and the Trump Organization to consider increasing their cooperation.

Their dream was to build buildings similar to Trump SoHo in Arizona or Florida and with the same conditions to those of Trump SoHo. This would leave the Trump Organization with an 18% equity in the structure as a trade-off for utilizing the Trump brand on their names. It's back.

Bayrock Group and Trump Organization had everything in the right place. However, the 2008 financial crisis, which severely shook the American real estate market was the catalyst that stopped their plans.

The American housing market was severely affected by the financial crisis. Tevfik Alif, Bayrock Group founder and CEO, chose to leave the United States. He chose to leave the United States to pursue a new career in Europe and Asia.
