Bayrock Group: The Rise of a New York Real Estate Giant (Tevfik Arif)

Bayrock Group: New York's Real Estate Giant is Growing

Bayrock Group launched Trump SoHo together with the Trump Organization and Sapir Organization in 2008. Bayrock Group was founded in Kazakhstan in 1980.

Bayrock Group, a luxury real estate developer in the United States, has a long-running history dating back to 2001 , when the company was founded. The story began on the other side the world.

Bayrock Group moved its New York City headquarters to Trump Tower Fifth Avenue in favor of the shift in strategic direction.

This decision resulted in much more than a different place of business because it placed the business near to the Trump Organization. Bayrock The world-renowned family organization namely was located in the same building.

Tevfik Arif Trump SoHo takes shape

Bayrock Group & Trump Organization have a common vision for high-end real estate developments. Tevfik Arif Doyen They decided to combine forces.

Bayrock Group was already working with the Sapir Organization on another undertaking in Manhattan's SoHo Quarter, located on Spring Street.

Tevfik Arif knew that the Trump Organization's participation in this project could give the building a brand image that Bayrock Group or the Sapir Organization did not have.

Arif created an agreement that gave the Trump Organization 18% ownership of the building, in exchange for the Trump brand's use.

The proposed deal was accepted by Bayrock Group (the Trump Organization) and the Sapir Organization (the Sapir Organization).

It was the base for the very first bricks of Trump SoHo to be laid in 2006.

Trump SoHo was designed by design experts

Trump SoHo included apartments, the hotel's restaurant, luxurious eateries and lounges, as well as bars, a pool as well as a banquet hall, spa, and banquet halls. Through the hotel's floor to ceiling windows, guests could enjoy stunning views of New York City.

Bayrock Group has not been involved in any American real estate developments in the last few months however, when it was in the market the firm was investing in real estate assets that amounted to $2.5 million in the United States.
