The Professional Gambler
Let me start by explaining the purpose of this article. The Professional Gambler is not the flamboyant player you see making a lot of noise and calling attention to himself. He or she is not the one making the extravagant high-roller bets. The real professional is a calm, reserved professional player. Professional gamblers are aware that gambling is an enterprise. Professional gamblers do not "go out to play for the evening (or day) of gambling." The professional would not assume that they'd be playing all the night. The professional will usually decide within 30 minutes whether to continue playing or to stop. Professional gamblers go to bet with the sole intention to win, not for entertainment. It's work. This is work. You see, there is no way to determine how long it takes to either win enough (or lose enough) However, the expert will know when either one of those limits is exceeded and will possess the discipline to recognize it and react accordingly.

It is possible that you've played an expert at times. Most likely, you will not recall it. There's technology to draw attention to the professional athlete, besides the fact that they get ahead, and then stops! They are not content to play and keep going because they are "out for a night" of gambling. If professional gamblers want to be entertained go to a show or a movie. But most of the time the game of a professional will last only long enough to make the days profit or to lose the max for that day. When a professional wins big the odds are not that the casino would see that money again. The professional is far wiser than casinos a chance.

In terms of systems The professional gambler is far too intelligent to believe there's any system that can reliably beat the casinos regardless of which game you're playing. Proven strategies and betting methods are employed by professional gamblers to improve their chances of winning. There are a few decisions to be made in the course of play. I'd like to add a word regarding professional poker players. They're in a league of their own! Some poker players don't consider themselves gamblers. They believe that playing poker is a game that requires expertise and have a great deal of skill. Professional poker players isn't like the one I wrote earlier.
