if you wanted a day to restart/ you wanted a do over a specific day then you'd have to find one of these angels and kill them, the angel could be family, friend, boyfriend girlfriend, these angels could be a total stranger even but if you wanted your day to start over maybe because you failed a test, you screwed up your important business meeting, your significant other broke up with you because of something you did, you could find an angle and kill them to get a second chance.
the thing is, you have 24 hours to find them, but you have to find the specific angel of the day so and so happened, let's say, your girlfriend is braking up with you because you forgot that your anniversary was today (April 5th) you'd find an angel who was born on (April 5th) and kill them within the 24 hours, if you get caught it won't work and you'll be put in prison for life because killing an angel is very serious crime.
let's say you didn't get caught, you'd continue your day like normal until the 24 hours was up, after that everything would be as good as new, and you can act like you never forgot the anniversary at all but of course at the expense of an angel's life.
most angels, (after finding out there an angel) change their name and wear certain clothing to cover up the fact they're an angel, some have to go to therapy specific for angels, some move to places where killing an angel can get you the death penalty, but a lot of angels or mother angels get kidnapped and brought to places where the sentence isn't so high
