Notula sharing-sharing Benkyoukai 2022 (Kamis 4 Agustus 2022):
- Pada pre-test sesi tanya jawab. Menjawab pertanyaan di ruang (sekian) mungkin bisa diganti jadi kata yang lebih cocok.
- MC segera tentuin.
- Redaksi bagian tempat dan lain-lain mohon disamakan.
- Seragamin redaksi (huruf italic, typo), konsisten tentang nomor ruangan.
- Tambahkan dibawah rundown terkait detail ruangannya, kayak ruang panitia ruang no berapa, ruang kelas no brp.
- Pretest (Persiapan) tambahin job perkap yaitu menyiapkan ruangan.
- Buat yang diperbantukan langsung aja dipindah jobdescnya ke bidang yang dibantuin.
- Pengajar cuma bantu nyiapin kelas, ganti redaksinya.
- Saran kak hapis: Masih banyak redaksi pengajar yang jadi satu, kayak Pengajaran aisatsu dan jikoshoukai, hiragana. Lebih di jelasin redaksinya (dipisahin/dijabarin jangan jadi satu).
- Kata mempersiapkan ada yang lebih baku kayak menyiapkan.
- Ditambahin no ruangan.
- Saran kak rama: Teknis presensi seharusnya, sekre presensi panitia. Acara presensi peserta (kedatangan maupun kepulangan).
- Saran kak rama: Rundown mungkin 1 orang aja yang edit, biar redaksinya sama.

Saran kak hapis: Redaksinya ditulis jadi di ruang 11 (misal) kelas nekoma (misalnya).
- Pada pre-test di job pengajar terkait pemeriksaan kelengkapan peserta.
- Teknis H1, H2 keamanan coba dipikirkan
