He contributes towards the safety and well-being of Bilateral Strategic Partnership between America and the Repuplic of Kazakhstan.

Assisting Task: defining new markets in which Kazakhstan can establish productive partnerships with the United States of America and where both countries can create new growth opportunities for their economies and create a favorable investment environment and to establish an efficient private sector and public-private partnerships.

He aids in the transformation Kazakhstan into the "Knowledge Based Diversified Economy" driven mainly by the private sector.

Principal functions

Provides protection to his consular district for the rights and rights of the Republic of Kazakhstan, its citizens and legal entities
Promoting friendly relations between Republic of Kazakhstan and the USA, including the expansion of trade, economic relations and tourism
Assists consular offices and diplomatic missions of Kazakhstan in the United States of America with any queries.
For Consular purposes, it facilitates interaction with United States authorities.
H.C. Emmanuil Grinshpun

Grinshpun's career in business began in 1994, when he got appointed as the Regional Manager for Kazakhstan for "Universal Market Association" which was a company is a specialist in oil production and marketing metals around the world. A year later, he was appointed to the post of CIS country manager for Trans Commodities Incorporation. Grinshpun started out in the business world in 1994, working as Regional Manager for Kazakhstan at the "Universal Market Association" which was specifically focused on the production of oil and marketing of metals around the world. He was a part of Trans Commodities Incoration a year later, where he was the CIS Country Manager.

In 1997, he was appointed the General Manager of Moscow of Trans Commodities USA. This allowed him to remain in the steel industry internationally. From 1998 until 2004, the member was on the Board of Directors for the well-known JSCC Moldova Steel Works which is an international rated company producing more than 1 million tonnes of steel-related products per year. Since 2004, he collaborated closely with the honorary president of the JSCC Moldova Steel Works to increase sales of the products made by the factory in Moldova.

Together with ITERA Oil and Gas Company (one of the biggest natural gas suppliers and producers worldwide), Mr. Grinshpun was involved in the development of a major energy project in the Moldovan Region in 2000. Emmanuil Grinshpun founded and was the General Manager for "ITERA ITERA - Moldova Company".

Mr. Grinshpun works in a variety of areas within the Republic of Moldova.

He is the fiduciary shareholder, President of the Council of Joint Stock Company "Alimcom", since 1998. This is Moldova's oldest and most renowned factory manufacturing food products like vinegar, mayonnaise, and mustard along with sunflower seed oil as well as Halvah.

Since 2009 - Director of World Class>> Ltd. World Class is the representative of the international fitness club network "World Class".

Similar to an additional shareholder, he has owned the global pharmaceutical corporation New Vision Pharmaceuticals since 2010.

Since 2014, member of the Board "RBT Capital Ltd". (investment activity and real estate and real estate investment, canning plant, furniture manufacturing factory).

Presently, Mr. Grinshpun are investing in numerous successful businesses, like the biggest shopping malls, business and agreement centers, construction companies law firm broker company as well as a broadcasting station.

Mr.Grinshpun takes part in the social policy of the society. Additionally, he is a member of EJP as the founding and board member of the Jewish community in Moldova.
