Saya Oloez Park, selaku Prefect dari Katzenaugen ingin meminta waktunya sebentar dari Prof dan Sensei, senpai-senpai, serta kawan-kawan sekalian untuk mengisi kuesioner dibawah ini untuk menjadi bahan kajian bagi saya dan para staff Katzenaugen dalam mengevalusi kekurangan serta kesalahan dalam asrama kami.
Tolong kirimkan jawaban dari kuesioner ini ke DM saya (@CBANYEOL) . Dan saya jamin, yang mengetahui hasil utuh dari kuesioner ini hanya saya beserta staff yang berwenang.
