My main thought is a lot of confusion. Let me explain why. First the experiment. I like their trying a new regiment, sure. But I feel like this test could have been done on any regiment if they changed the regiment a bit. Like I feel like if HQ decided to pick a regiment they thought were struggling, and tried to use this test, I'm sure they could have done it if they changed some of the regiment. Now if they wanted to go on a much longer scale then the main experiment itself which is the recruiting and low ranks in my eyes, then sure, then the new regiment is pretty necessary. As for the regiment in terms of what it is. I feel like there is a point to not add another infantry and that is now. There are 7 now! Some with extra tools! In numbers, they almost double compared to the unique regiments. 7-4. I wouldn't have minded another Cavalry, or something. Maybe this regiment has a special tool that I don't know about, but it seems like they don't. Like it's a new regiment, but it's nothing really fresh when it comes to combat and weapons for the most part. They may have an upper hand when it comes to new recruits with the infantry test which I think will have a good amount on skill, but I don't know. It just feels like another line Infantry like 7th or 5th but just duplicated, changed a good bit, and used for experiment while nothing really changing combat wise. For the future of the regiment, I don't really have a good idea. Like for them in seasons, not the best early. Maybe Finals in their 3rd season. I really think this regiment is quite the double edge sword along with amounts of confusion in my mind how this whole this whole this is going to happen. As for the ranks, I really am concerned about it. The low ranks with 5 is pushing for me. As for Promotions for NCO's, very concerned how their running it. After the NCO Test/Corporal Test, there is nothing else mentioned. No tests, no nothing. Just a channel.
