Bernhard Burgener requests the sale of David Degen shares.

Bernhard Burgener is suing David Degen in the FC Basel ownership dispute. Burgener is supported by the Board of Directors. But there hasn't been any agreement reached.
The FC Basel Holding AG Board of Directors met on Monday early in the morning. Burgener, Degen, Karl Odermatt and Peter von Buren voted in favor of the original owner's plans. He asked Degen to transfer his stake to a potential buyer, Basel Dream & Vision AG according to a statement by the company that holds it.
Bernhard Burgener Burgener's shares can be sold to shareholders of minor value by the Board of Directors under the provisions of a contractually formulated law. This drag-along method is believed to be superior to Degen's presale rights.
Burgener has joined his side in the battle over owners. Degen insists on exercising his right of first refusal, which he wants to exercise at 16.4 million francs.
