Recognize - Step 2 - 800 Characters + Disappearing Text
When you exceed 800 characters, the note disappears. A error message should show saying they have hit the character limit or show a character counter so they know how close they are getting.

My Web - Placeholder Photo Not Work
If you use the placeholder photo, it does not work in the my web view. Only on the note.
If a user does not select a photo, this is what should show up in the web.

Accept/Reject Select a new photo not working
When you click on "choose a new photo" and go to select a new photo, when you click accept, it takes you back to the accept/reject page but does not bring in the new photo. I assume this is due to the need to accept the official rules.
If this is the case, would it be quicker to bring the official rules copy to the photo select screen and then have them accept and be done?
